Kevin D Grimes is a 1982 graduate of Colorado College with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received his law degree in 1985 from the Southern Methodist University School of Law. After serving in U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, he joined a general civil law firm with a diverse corporate and litigation practice. He then moved to Melaleuca, where he was exclusively responsible for day-to-day legal support of all departments. After leaving Melaleuca, he began his own law firm to provide comprehensive legal services to direct selling, multilevel marketing, and network marketing companies ranging from start-ups to those of international prominence.

Spencer M. Reese graduated from Colorado College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 1982. He thereafter worked in the insurance industry before attending the Washington University School of Law, from which he graduated in 1986. He began his legal career practicing in the areas of environmental law and commercial litigation in Boise, Idaho.

Steve Richards is a 1987 graduate of Albertson College of Idaho with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a 1995 graduate of The Seattle University School of Law. Mr. Richards joined Grimes & Reese in September of 1998. Prior to joining Grimes & Reese, he represented clients in general civil matters with an emphasis on corporate representation, commercial litigation and insurance defense in Tacoma, Washington and Idaho Falls, Idaho.
