The #1 Resource for MLM Legal Assistance

About the Firm

Meet Our Team of Legal Experts

Committed to staying ahead of the cutting edge of legal and business developments impacting direct sellers and other businesses.

As in-house counsel to the direct sales company Melaleuca, Inc., we learned the unique challenges faced by sales organizations utilizing multilevel marketing and party plan distribution channels.

We also determined that there was strong demand for a law firm that combined comprehensive, hands-on industry experience with a dedication to exceptional client service.

With this in mind, in 1996 we established our firm to provide legal services to direct sellers, and were fortunate to quickly establish ourselves as the premier law firm servicing the direct sales industry.

Our formula for client satisfaction is quite simple, yet other law firms, both large and small, find it impossible to copy. There are three key components:

  • Our experience as in-house counsel for Melaleuca, one of the most successful companies in direct sales. This gives you not just unmatched expertise in direct sales law, but an understanding of the nuances of its application that can affect your day-to-day operations.

  • Our commitment to staying ahead of the cutting edge of legal and business developments impacting direct sellers. This lets us anticipate issues that will affect your business and help you be ready to deal with them before they can become problems.

  • Our dedication to treating each of you as if you were our only client. Whether you’re a small startup or a multinational giant, you get the proactive representation you need to build and maintain your success. While our practice serves primarily multilevel marketing and party plan companies, the broad FDA and FTC regulatory practice that is an integral part of our practice firm also makes us especially well-suited to other businesses.

So we also provide the same levels of expertise and client service to companies engaged in the manufacture and sale of dietary supplements, cosmetics and consumer goods that sell their products through the Internet, infomercials and other direct marketing media, as well as traditional wholesale and retail distribution channels. If you’re considering launching a network marketing or party plan, are an executive with a well- established direct sales company, or are in the dietary supplement, food or cosmetic field, please feel free to contact us if we can be of service to you.In the meantime, please browse our Web site. We’re sure you’ll find the information provided here highly informative and useful.
